AgentCX Labs has introduced its Founding Beta of Agent Builder Studio, a platform tailored for agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) aiming to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without the necessity of coding expertise. This prompt-based tool simplifies the process by allowing users to describe their desired AI agent in straightforward language. The platform subsequently generates a proposed agent configuration, encompassing the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt. Users have the opportunity to review and adjust these settings before rolling them out to clients.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs empowers agencies and BPOs to utilize their existing AI infrastructure instead of being restricted to a single provider. Users can link their accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. The platform offers compatibility with several providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, the system includes white-label features like custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, enabling agencies to deliver AI services under their own brand identity.
The first creation from Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, now accessible to AgentCX Labs customers. Agencies have the flexibility to tailor the agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base before deploying it on a client’s website. It includes features such as lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration via webhooks. The Founding Beta is also being expanded to accommodate other applications, including CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and Slack-based AI assistants.
AgentCX Labs emphasizes that the platform is crafted to assist agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service capabilities while retaining control over their existing infrastructure, client interactions, and branding. Currently, Agent Builder Studio is available through an invite-only Founding Beta, with the company inviting applications from interested agencies and BPOs to join the program.
